Who operates the waitlist

WOVEYA and its waitlist are operated by Moamen Nasser Eid.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language you signed up in, the original signup date, your two separate consent choices (required waitlist consent and optional launch updates), the consent wording versions you agreed to, and the delivery status of your signup receipt.

To prevent abuse and keep the service running we also process limited technical information: request rate-limit counters, error logs, and standard server logs. These contain no message bodies and are used for operations only.

Joining the waitlist does not require an account, wardrobe information, photographs, or any other app data.

Why we use your email address

We use your email address to record your interest in early access to WOVEYA, maintain your waitlist signup, and send a receipt confirming that we received it.

If you separately choose to receive launch updates, we will also use your email address to send updates about the project's progress and WOVEYA's launch.

We do not treat waitlist signup consent as automatic consent to launch updates or marketing newsletters.

A signup receipt does not verify ownership of your email address, create an account, or guarantee early access.

Launch updates are optional

Launch updates are a separate, optional choice. Declining them never blocks your waitlist signup, and withdrawing update consent never deletes your waitlist record.

You can withdraw update consent at any time by emailing woveya@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Before any launch update is ever sent, a working unsubscribe mechanism will be provided and every update email will include its link. No launch update has been sent to date.

Service providers

The waitlist application is hosted on Railway, and confirmation receipts are delivered through Resend. Both process your email address only to operate this service: hosting the signup and sending the receipt you consented to.

We do not sell waitlist data and we do not use it for advertising.

We make no claim about completed international data transfer assessments, signed data-processing agreements beyond the providers' standard terms, or specific data residency guarantees.

Retention and deletion

We retain your waitlist signup record for up to 12 months from your original signup date, after which it is deleted or de-identified under our approved deletion process.

If you request removal earlier, we will handle your request without waiting for the 12-month period to end, subject to any applicable requirements to retain limited records.

Opting in to launch updates does not automatically extend the retention period of your signup record. When your retention period ends or your signup is removed, we stop using your email for updates associated with that signup.

After deletion, residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted database backups until they rotate, in Resend's delivery records under Resend's own retention, and in operations logs that never contain message bodies. We keep no permanent suppression list: if you join again later, that is a new signup with fresh consent.

Your privacy requests

Email woveya@gmail.com from the address you signed up with to request access to your record, a correction, removal, or withdrawal of optional launch-update consent.

We verify that you control the address before disclosing or changing any personal information. Records are never exposed or deleted through a public web form; every request is verified first.

Removal requests are handled without waiting for the 12-month retention period to end.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially, we will publish the updated notice here with a new publication date and obtain fresh consent where required.
